• General RV Rental Information for going to Burning Man

  Note: Date for delivery to Black Rock City starts 8-24-2013. For Reno pick-ups 8-23-2013, pick up in southern California 8-24- 2013. Fuel is not included to and from Black Rock City with Reno pickups. Fuel is not included to and from the event when you pick up from our SMC location in southern California. Renters may save $800 from above prices when renter provides insurance coverage. Drivers will be added as additional drivers on renter’s agreement if we deliver the coach to you in Reno or Black Rock City when using your insurance as the primary coverage. Save even more if you do not need bicycles, bedding and linens. On site help is available for all rentals by stopping at our camp location in Black Rock City. Bicycles are included unless you wish to save on the total cost and may be checked out at our camp starting Monday August 26 th. All returns are 9-2-2013 to Reno and 9-3-2013 to our southern California location. Additional days may be added ask for details.
