RV Familiarization Videos

Our rental process includes free access to a set of RV familiarization videos. Please take the time to watch them. Doing this will drastically reduce your "check out" time at our office on the day you pick up your rental.

Approximately 30 days prior to your departure date our office will review your paperwork and contact you if something is missing. A majority of the "Paper work" is NOT done on paper. You simply log-in and fill out each screen in our Secure Customer area.

The Secure Customer area also gives you access to the RV Familiarization Videos and a new Check Availability area. In order to maintain the highest level of security, your user name and password is required to access this area. Our software will automatically assigned them and include them in our emails. You can access the secure area at any time.

The Check Availability area gives you the ability see which RV's are still not rented for your specific vacation dates.
